This short film accompanies Sara, Niclas, and Louisa at work at the Swedish telephone helpline for children. There, they are confronted with a diversity of worries and problems, ranging from the death of a pet, to relationship troubles, to abuse. One gets a sense that they struggle with not being able to do enough, as well as of how much importance the words of an approachable adult can have.
