Young Festival Bloggers

Watch films and write about them! During the duration of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck, young people learn the basic tools of film journalism and blogging. How do you write a review, and what do you need to know to be able to do it? How do you describe what you’ve seen, and your opinion, to the reader? How does the review get on the internet or into the newspaper and/or radio?

The bloggers will receive expert guidance and support in cooperation with Lübecker Nachrichten and Norddeutscher Rundfunk. No special prior knowledge is required, only a love of cinema counts. In a preparation workshop, the participants receive an introduction to journalism and film criticism as well as mobile reporting (shooting reports with a smartphone).

The bloggers will find their home in the Nordic Film Truck – a mobile studio that will be set up at central venues on the festival days.
