Thomas Hailer to continue as artistic director of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck

Lübeck, April 18th 2024: The Nordic Film Days Lübeck has confirmed that Thomas Hailer will continue as the artistic director of the festival. Hailer, who took up the position in October 2020, works in tandem with managing director Susanne Kasimir.
“I’m pleased that Thomas Hailer will remain an asset to the city for two more editions of the festival”, said Monika Frank, Lübeck’s senator for culture and education, “With innovative strategies and a clear vision for the needs of audiences and film industry professionals, he has provided decisive momentum for the post-Covid era that can be perpetuated in the coming years”.
Showcasing 180 films, including documentary and animated works, immersive projects, and an expanded edition of the festival’s industry platform Lübeck Meetings the 66. Nordic Film Days Lübeck will take place from November 6 – 10, 2024.
