Illicit trade, camping in a public park, interfering with traffic, theft of a rescue vehicle, unnecessarily provoking a general alert, and identity theft – this is the list of charges against Mama and Papa Hullabaloo. When actually, the only thing they were guilty of was forgetting their twin sons’ birthday! When Mökö and Luru go ahead and bake their own birthday cake while their parents are still fast asleep, one mishap begets another. Suddenly, smoke is pouring from the oven and there are fifty cats in the living room. Shortly thereafter, a bill for no less than 671 fire brigade runs is delivered. How can they pay for the theme park trip Luru wanted for his birthday now? They need a new plan. A madcap ride through Helsinki ensues, where almost nothing goes as planned. And in a tangle of leashes, the president of Finland even abducts the Hullabaloos’ dog!
