Syster min / Sister of Mine
Young Audience, Sweden 2026, 12 Min., sw. OV, engl. st, ger. voice over, FSK 0, 10 years and older
Noah (10) would like to be more like his sister. But this isn’t something to be discussed in his uncommunicative family. After a visit to the hair salon, Noah’s admiration and quiet longing turn to jealousy. "Sister of Mine" subtly explores Noah’s emotional world. What effect does it have on a child’s soul when something is naturally granted to their sibling, but remains out of reach to them?
