Vor meiner Tür auf einer Matte / On the Mat Outside My Door
Young Audience, Germany 2025, 5 Min., ger. OV, engl. st, FSK 0, 4 years and older
Every day, a man gets a visit from a huge blonde rat. The annoying guest eats his food, hogs the bathtub and the sofa, and talks loudly on the phone. But when the man complains and the rat disappears, it’s suddenly too quiet in the house. An entertaining and warmhearted adaptation of Nadia Budde’s eponymous picture book about the flipside of peace and quiet.
