“Nosferatu – A Symphony of Horror” (1922), “Buddenbrooks” (2008), and “The Blue Angel” (1930) are three classic films that are directly connected to Lübeck. While the humble Hanseatic city might not be Hollywood, the listed buildings here have one big advantage: They are real. That has made the city a great location and a fictional setting for films and several TV series, such as “Das Duo”, “Solo für Weiss”, or “Morden im Norden”. This tour will take us on the tracks of both older and more recent productions.
