Three best friends, Ebba, Gloria, and My, start their evening with a glass of prosecco in a stylish Stockholm kitchen. But just a few hours later, each of the three is woken by an emergency phone call. Their respective sons have been in a serious car accident. The three women, and their partners past and present, reunite at the hospital. There, they are thrown into limbo, as they await the fate of their sons, and wonder who is to blame for the accident. Rakel Wärmländer, who plays Ebba and co-wrote the script with Emma Broström, was inspired to tell this fictional story after a real event made her think about the priorities of friendships and motherhood.
