The German Children‘s Film Association (FDK), together with the The German Federation of Film Clubs for Children and Young People (BJF), invites you to a happy hour for the children‘s and youth film scene (by invitation only).
The non-profit FDK has been campaigning for better, diverse, and specially- tailored media for children for more than 40 years. Promoting the media skills of children and young people today is also an investment in the audiences of tomorrow. With experts from all areas of the industry, the FDK, as an independent membership association, represents these concerns to political and economic bodies so that concrete projects can be financed. The FDK sponsors the Academy for Children‘s Media‘s scholarship programme and is entrusted with the organisation and implementation of theinitiative Outstanding Films for Children. As part of film festivals and FDK projects, there are regular expert discussions on current topics, as well as networking events.
