A man who has lost his memory and must rebuild his life. A shy Salvation Army worker who captures his heart. A Western in a container settlement on the edge of the city.
One look from Kati Outinen is enough to set the tone, the rhythm of a lonely life. Irma stands at the window of her sparsely furnished room, clad in a nightgown and gazing into the darkness. She is a conscientious distributor of soup to the needy, wearing the blue Salvation Army uniform and hat with dignity. One day, she finds M standing in her queue; he was hit on the head and can't even remember his name. They fall in love at first sight. In a film that always keeps its feet on the ground, their feelings are larger than life. Life can go on like this too: M wants to run the Salvation Army chapel; Irma wears a yellow dress for once. We think we see a faint smile on her face.
