Munich 1972—the Olympic Games. In Finland, President Kekkonen is hoping to be re-elected. He hopes that his campaign will get a boost if runner Lasse Virén wins a gold medal and sets a world record. In the catacombs of the Olympic stadium, Kekkonen’s staff are doing their best to influence events. But when Virén goes off-script, they need to move on to Plan B. A humorous reinterpretation of an athletic success.
