A lonely pianist lives in a surreal spherical city floating far above the rest of the world. Attended only by a gnome-like manservant, he plays to an enormous, empty concert hall. Until one day, his imaginary world begins to break apart and we glimpse the life of an unhappy street musician. Animation artist Till Nowak switches seamlessly between reality and fantasy.
