All the data used by the programme is stored exclusively on the servers of the city of Lübeck and is not accessible to outside vendors. IP addresses are registered anonymously. The analytics software creates an anonymous user ID from the data and places a cookie on the user’s computer. We also use software on our website that gives us precise information about how visitors use the site (tracking).
