Finland is celebrating! The United Nations has selected the country as the happiest place on earth for the second time in a row. But the filmmakers are sceptical about it. In their experimental collage of everyday observations and citizen commentaries, they put into perspective the exuberant feelings of happiness of their fellow citizens, between sporting triumphs and consumer frenzy.
