Berlin in the early 90s: Hans-Georg Dahlmann, president of the Treuhandanstalt, is one of the most endangered men of the unification: He is a target for the terrorist organization Rote Armee Fraktion, RAF, hated among parts of the Eastern German population and in conflict with corporations that want to take over and liquidate eastern German companies as profitably as possible. At his side is young Sandra Wellmann, who he had hired right on the spot without knowing her true assignment. As an RAF member, she is supposed to spy on Dahlmann for the terrorists Pohlheim and Gelfert. While Sandra is gaining Dahlmann’s trust, the murder of a bank manager makes BKA investigator Kawert think of Dahlmann as a potential next victim. Miguel Alexandre developed a thrilling thesis with the script writer André Georgi based on the real events surrounding the still unsolved murder of the president of the Treuhandanstalt, Detlev Rohwedder.
