A researcher examines the grey world of a customer centre in which the clerks perform tasks even they consider utterly pointless. Why? The heteronomy within an abstruse system is restaged as a puppet animation, based on the popular nonfiction book “Vi bara lyder” by the sociologist Roland Paulsen.
