Crisis Cuisine is a culinary inclusion project that hopes to work against false perceptions of refugees, migrants and foreigners. This pop-up cafeteria and cultural café connects allegedly foreign cultures to German culinary tradition, providing a showcase that demonstrates possibilities for mutual enrichment. Crisis Cuisine is an initiative of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck, in cooperation with the Gewerbeschule – Nahrung und Gastronomie der Hansestadt Lübeck, Altstadtbad Krähenteich, Solizentrum e.V., SonntagsDialoge, Haus der Kulturen e.V., dedicated supporters and migrants.
