Snap-shots in time of Sierra Leone, one of the world's poorest countries: The film focuses on four people and their everyday struggle for survival: A clown who refuses to give up, a "street-hustler" who begins a new life every day, a father-to-be who no longer believes in love and a prostitute who won't give up her dream of love and a better life.
