Superbror

Ten-year-old Anton adores his big brother Buller. But the latter doesn't make life easy for Anton, because Buller is an autist and suffers from a developmental disorder. Anton takes a lot of bullying at school because of it. But what is worse is that Anton is regularly beaten up by Max and his gang. How nice it would be if his big brother could come to help him in those situations. However, one night a magic machine from outer space lands in Anton's and Buller's bedroom. At the touch of a button, it transforms the autist into a "Super Brother": Buller changes into an invincible, strong boy with a sharp tongue who easily defends his little brother against his school enemies. Birger Larsen's adventure film takes a playful and humorous approach to the difficult interaction with autistic children and simultaneously portrays the everyday problems young people encounter at school and at home. And it features a generous portion of special effects much to the delight of a young audience.
