Total Recall

TOTAL RECALL is a chance for anyone - whether film freak, drama queen, occasional movie-goer or unabashed cineaste - to compete publicly and retell the story of their favourite film. 

Re-telling a movie is an art form practised all over the world, albeit usually behind closed doors. Entire evenings among friends, acquaintances or even enemies can be whiled away talking about films. This festival of re-narrated films provides a platform for those memories, which are as varied as the storyteller's strategies. 

TOTAL RECALL invites you to re-tell your (favourite) film. Each participant is allotted 10 minutes at centre stage. No audio visual aids are allowed. Simply remember, (re)narrate and win the Silver Lime Tree!
