The film “Nevermore” (NimmerMeer) being screened in the Filmforum Schleswig-Holstein was awarded the “Promotion Prize German Film” and the “Eastman Förderpreis” last week at the International Film Days in Hof. The jury praised Toke Constantin Hebbeln’s 60-minute fairytale about a fisherman and his young son above all as a film that created such enchantingly poetic images despite its very low production budget. After being presented at the Nordic Film Days the film will travel to the São Paulo International Film Festival and then open the Hollywood Student Festival in Los Angeles.
“Nevermore” will be screened on Saturday, 4 Nov. at 7.45 pm in Kino 7.
