About 3,000 Russians live in the Estonian town of Tapa. Most of them are veterans of the Red Army, which used to run a training centre there. Their homes are just a stone's throw away from the new NATO base that has housed English forces since 2017. While the veterans commemorate the Great Patriotic War, their grandchildren curiously explore the new Western weapons systems.
