"Malte is eleven and a specialist in game theory. In an interminable presentation, he explains to his bored classmates about John Nash’s theory that everyone is intent on gaining an advantage for themselves and developing a strategy to achieve that. As if to provide an example, an exasperated classmate beats Malte up at the end of the lecture. Back home, the precocious boy spends most of his time with his tin soldiers. He has no friends, which is no surprise. After moving house, Malte meets two enemy children’s gangs and quickly becomes a chief strategist. The battle for dominion over the local skateboarding hangout escalates, the fun turns serious, and soon the first wounded appear. The new solution is “once an enemy, always an enemy!” Malte tries to defuse the situation, and is taken prisoner as a traitor by his own camp. Will he be able to stop the war he ignited?"
