"We see a lorry at a highway rest stop. Children play, travellers buy ice cream. Then the truck doors open, and the mundane scene turns to horror. More than 70 refugees have died inside the lorry. But the disruption is temporary. Everyday life for the travellers goes on; the dead are left behind. An event, somewhere in Europe, that the audience watches as if through a camera obscura."
