Out of reverence for Mangaka Jiro Taniguchi, “The Reading Man” travels to Japan. The film’s title is a play on words on “The Walking Man”, a manga in which the artist ultimately turned to realistic stories. His search unfortunately proves to be in vain, but not without consequences.
