“Sharaf” – honour is the first commandment in Hamit’s Afghan family. By openly admitting his homosexuality, son Bashad has soiled this honour. From the point of view of his father and older brother Reza, he deserves to be killed. Reza procures a weapon and begins pressuring 13-year-old Hamit, of all people, to carry out the honour killing.
