Rolli the troll and young elf Juniper live happily in Rollidorf with the other Rollis. They seem to lack for nothing. But when Malcolm the maggot tells them about a place called the beginning of all time, Juniper’s ears perk up. She thinks there she might find the answer to the question that’s been bothering her for a long time – where she came from before the stork dropped her off. After a bit of grumbling, Rolli agrees to accompany her on the long and dangerous journey. Their route takes them through never-ending deserts, forests and seas, where they meet all kinds of weird creatures. Will they make it to the legendary land of discovery, allegedly guarded by a gigantic dragon? This is the fifth film about the odd troll Rolli, familiar to every child (and adult) in Finland from children’s TV or radio.
