A precise reconstruction of a failed bank robbery that director Östlund and producer Erik Hemmendorff witnessed in 2006. It was filmed in one take, and with 96 actors. A real-time study of human behaviour in unexpected circumstances – very funny, and not at all Hollywoodesque. It received multiple awards, among them the Golden Bear in Berlin in 2010.
