Kiel was heavily damaged during World War II. After the war it became a playground for urban planners, who set out to build “the city of tomorrow” aimed at commerce and consumerism. They wrought more destruction than the British bombs did. This uncommon new montage of old footage of Kiel was made by underground film collective ”Chaos film group”.
