Helene and Martha are spending a few hot summer days in a vacation cottage in Poland that belongs to Martha’s parents. They swim, roam the countryside and make love. They get closer than they’ve ever been – too close for Martha. One morning she disappears. Suddenly, it all seems to be nothing more than a melancholy memory, a fleeting dream.
