Sangaile’s great dream is to fly – not as a passenger, but as the pilot. To soar to the heavens in a small propeller plane, do aerobatic loops and not pull back on the elevator until she’s just above the ground. But the 17-year-old girl would never dare to climb into the cockpit of the stunt planes she sees at the aeronautics show near her parents’ vacation villa. Sangaile doesn’t know how far she can go because she isn’t even sure who she is. Then she meets Auste, who is refreshingly different. Her new acquaintance feels at home in her body, makes her own colourful dresses and loves to dance. She quickly takes Sangaile under her wing. The two girls become close and nothing is like it was before. The film portrays the difficult age of self-discovery in a light-hearted way, helped by colourful images and floating music.
