Azad is a foreigner, tolerated but without rights. He is also a young man who is in love with his German girlfriend and wants to follow her into another city. The idea behind this very coherently staged drama is based on true facts: The daughters of a Syrian family were granted the right of residence by the German Aliens Department on the condition that their parents leave Germany.
