A slide show. Mikael and Orlando, two men beyond the age of sixty, are showing snapshots of their past. But the subject is not travels, children, grandchildren or former jobs, but rather silicone implants, artificial vaginas and wigs, all paid for by health insurance. Mikael and Orlando were born as men – and today they are men once more. But in between they were women, as their slide-show gives evidence of. Mikael and Orlando lived out their feminine sides – after a second surgical procedure, they have now found back to their male indentities. But it is not the same. During an eveningly studio conversation Mikael and Orlando give intimate insight into the experiences of a "third sex". Both have regretted their sex change, but neither would want to miss their experiences. Although they felt that: "men are given more respect," they also learnt that: "nothing is this world is absolute."
