MEDIA Desk Co-production Meeting

MEDIA Desk Deutschland, die Informations- und Beratungsstelle des MEDIA-Programms der EU, organisiert im Rahmen der Nordischen Filmtage ein Koproduktionstreffen in Lübeck. „Die Nordische Filmtage als Achse Skandinavien/Deutschland sind die ideale Plattform, um solch ein Treffen zu organisieren,“ so Nikola Mirza, Geschäftsführer von MEDIA Desk Deutschland. „Die Idee ist es, ca. fünfzehn deutsche und skandinavische Produzenten mit Projekten zusammenzubringen.“ Das Treffen, das auch dem Informationsaustausch dienen soll, wird am Samstag, 6. November, in einem Lübecker Restaurant stattfinden. Auch Vertreter der Filmförderungen, Filminstitute und der MEDIA Desks Skandinaviens werden erwartet.

MEDIA Desk Germany, the information office of the MEDIA Programme of the EU, is organising a co-production meeting within the framework of the festival. ”The Nordic Film Days as a Scandinavia/Germany axis offer the ideal platform for organising such a meeting,” says Nikola Mirza, Managing Director of MEDIA Desk Germany. ”The idea is to bring together some fifteen German and Scandinavian producers with projects.” The meeting, which also serves as an exchange of information, will take place in a Lübeck restaurant on Saturday, November 6th. Representatives of the film subsidies, film institutes and Scandinavian MEDIA Desks are also expected to attend.
