Im Filmpalast Stadthalle an der Mühlenbrücke 11 ist neben den Kinos auch das Presse-Center der 39. Nordischen Filmtage Lübeck. Am Informationsstand gibt es alles Wissenswerte rund um die Filmtage zu erfahren. Außerdem ist im Filmpalast Stadthalle tagsüber die Videobar in Kino 4 geöffnet. Dort hat das Fachpublikum wieder Gelegenheit, die im Programm laufenden Produktionen auf Video zu sichten. Pressekonferenzen finden in Kino 5 statt.
Im Filmpalast Stadthalle sind außerdem Snacks, kleine Gerichte und Getränke erhältlich.
Die "Filmriß"-Redaktion des Offenen Kanals Lübeck berichten Donnerstag und Freitag, 6. und 7. November, jeweils von 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr in ihrem Magazin von den Nordischen Filmtagen, am Sonntag, 9. November, von 11.00 bis circa 14.00 Uhr, darunter von der Preisverleihung (Offener Kanal Lübeck, 98,8 MHz über Antenne, 106,5 MHz im Kabelnetz Lübeck, 104,85 MHz im Kabelnetz Bad Segeberg).
