Licht und Schatten – Raum und Bewegung. Ein Videofilmprojekt mit der Tanztheatergruppe „area retina“ und dem Musiker Wittwulf Y. Malik nach einer Choreografie von Karin Hernandez. Ulrike Pankratz, geboren 1962, studierte Freie Kunst an der Hochschule für Gestaltung in Kiel und lebt heute in Hamburg, wo sie als Dozentin für Computergrafik/Multimedia im Institut für Grafik und Design arbeitet. Sie hat verschiedenesiedene Videofilme, Performances und Rauminstallationen realisiert. Thematischer Schwerpunkt sind Experimente mit modernen Technologien und alltäglichen Kommunikationsformen. Karin Hernandez unterrichtet und inszeniert Tanztheater seit 1987. Sie war Mitglied beim Berliner Aktionstheater PanOptikum, choreografierte verschiedenesiedene Stücke mit Figuren und Skulpturen der Bildhauerin Ursula Sax und leitete die Tanztheatergruppe URsache in Berlin. Heute lebt und arbeitet sie in Hamburg.

Ulrike Pankratz, born in 1962, studied free art in Kiel and now lives in Hamburg, where she works as an instructor in computer graphics and multimedia. She has done videos, performances and installations. She specialises in experiments with new technologies and everyday forms of communication. Karin Hernandez has been teaching and staging dance theatre since 1987. She was also a member of the Berlin action theatre PanOptikum, has choreographed various pieces with figures and sculptures by sculptress Ursula Sax and once ran the dance theatre group URsache in Berlin. Today she works and lives in Hamburg.
