Inhalt/ Summary

Mit 27 Jahren findet Andres Kaas heraus, dass er als Kind adoptiert wurde - und dass er noch einen Zwillingsbruder hatte. Er setzt alles daran, diesen Bruder zu finden. Das Filmteam begleitet ihn bei seinen Recherchen im Waisenhaus und im Archiv und fährt mit ihm von seiner Heimatstadt Valga nach Tallinn, wo der Bruder lebt. Wie ist es, wenn man plötzlich einen Bruder hat?

At the age of 27, Andres Kaas discovers he is adopted – and that he also has a twin brother. He sets about finding his brother. The film team accompanies him on his quest to the orphanage and the archives, and travels with him from his home town of Valga to Tallinn, where his brother lives. What is it like to have a brother all of a sudden?

Regisseur Aivo Spitsonok, Jahrgang 1971, studierte an der Pädagogischen Universität Tallinn Regiefach. Seit 1998 ist er Direktor des Lehrprogramms des estnischen Fernsehens.Regisseur Andres Arro Jahrgang 1976, absolvierte ebenfalls ein Regiestudium an der Pädagogischen Universität Tallinn. Seit 1996 ist er Produktionsleiter bei Exitfilm.

Director Aivo Spitsonok, born in 1971, studied Directing at the University of Education in Tallinn. Since 1998 he has been director of educational programmes in Estonian television.Director Andres Arro, born in 1976, also studied Directing at the University of Education in Tallinn. Since 1996 he has been production manager of Exitfilm.
