Brazz Brothers zum Schluss | The Awards Got the Blues

Musikalische Stargäste der 43. Nordischen Filmtage sind die Brazz Brothers aus Trondheim. Die fünf norwegischen Brüder aus den Familien Førde and Tafjord spielen zusammen mit dem schwedischen Schlagzeuger Markus Lewin eine international gefeierte Mixtur aus Big-Band-Anklängen, Modern Jazz und Folkelementen aus Skandinavien und Afrika-Traditionen gepaart mit der Kraft der blues notes. Am Sonntag, 4.11., spielt die Gruppe vor der Preisverleihung. Am Tag davor geben die Musiker in Zusammenarbeit mit der Musik-und Kunstschule und dem Lübecker Büro für skandinavische Musik „Nordpool“ einen Workshop für junge Bläser zum Jazz-Arrangementspielen nach Gehör (Anmeldung 0451-705274). Am Abend geben die Brazz Brothers ein Konzert um 20.00 Uhr im Schuppen 6.
 
 

Musical stars of the 43rd Nordic Film Days are the Brazz Brothers from Trondheim. The five Norwegian brothers from the Førde and Tafjord families and Swedish percussionist Markus Lewin play a mixture of Big Band, Modern Jazz, Folk and Blues. The group will appear at the NFL awards ceremony on November 4.
